I offer all sessions as a 1-1 from the comfort of your own home, or an alternative depending on your circumstances.

HYPNOBIRTHING COURSE

I completed my training with KGHypnobirthing, which is an RCM (Royal College of Midwives) accredited course. This has ensured the training I received is the best around, recognised worldwide.

If you have perhaps previously completed a hypnobirthing course, I can offer a refresher course which consists of 2 sessions.

'PREPARING FOR YOUR BABY' ANTENATAL COURSE

I can bring my knowledge and experience to the table by offering private antenatal classes, ‘Preparing for your baby’. This course consists of 8 hours in total, jam-packed with information that leaves you feeling well prepared for your new bundle.

I recommend booking these courses between 20-34 weeks.

With any of these courses you will receive ongoing support until the birth and beyond, aswell as a free goody bag.

POSTNATAL SESSIONS

I also offer postnatal sessions. These sessions are 3 hours long and consist of whatever you need them to.

It can involve feeding support, bath demonstrations, or even just doing jobs around the house, making a meal or looking after your baby whilst you wash your hair!

BIRTH POOL HIRE

Birth pool hire from the stage of 36 weeks to 42 weeks pregnant.

PLACENTA REMEDIES

I also offer placenta remedies such as placenta encapsulation, placenta smoothies, tinctures, essence and oils. These have fantastic benefits including increased energy levels, increased milk supply, the balancing of hormones, reduced baby blues and reduced stress levels.

I highly recommend her course for expectant parents, myself and my partner thoroughly enjoyed every session with her, as we wanted to know everything about labour and, birth and information about hypnobirthing. I was recommended Birth Better with Elona through a few people and I’m SO glad that we decided to do the course. Elona js so lovely and nothing is too much trouble for her! After a negative first labour experience I knew I needed some guidance and support for my second birth. Elona has so much knowledge and experience to share and made me feel at ease throughout the whole course. She was there to speak with if I had any worries or random questions about the course and labour. I can honestly say that the birth of my second baby was so positive and I wouldn’t change it for the world! My first pregnancy being unplanned meant I knew very little about labour and pregnancy in general, I initially booked the hypnobirthing course with elona to help me with my worries about labour but ended up learning so much more than that. Elona helped me understand so much about my body and pregnancy and all the changes it goes through Aswell as helping me understand the labour process and how I can help myself through it. The sessions were so useful and informative but also extremely relaxing and helped me be so much calmer and at ease about giving birth. After the course I now am really looking forward to experiencing labour for the first time. Elona has also just been on hand to answer any questions or concerns I’ve had throughout my pregnancy and is just an all round amazing person who you can tell really loves what she does and is a amazing midwife. Whatever course you book with her will 100% be the best decision you could make.

Elona review After touching on Hypnobirthing with my first baby 4 1/2 years ago I knew it was something I really wanted to practice this time around. Elona was recommended to me by a close friend who Elona had been a midwife for a year previous. Elona’s sessions always calmed me, made me feel positive about birth and relaxed about pregnancy and birth. She was always cheery and nothing was ever too much trouble, she was always willing to help in any way she could. On the day I went into labour I carried on my daily life and remembered all the things Elona had said to keep me relaxed. That night after a very short active labour stage my little boy arrived. I had a water birth and practiced Hypnobirthing right until delivery. I felt more relaxed, calm and in control this time around and I have Elona to thank for that.
