I completed my training with KGHypnobirthing, which is an RCM (Royal College of Midwives) accredited course. This has ensured the training I received is the best around, recognised worldwide.

If you have perhaps previously completed a hypnobirthing course, I can offer a refresher course which consists of 2 sessions.

'PREPARING FOR YOUR BABY' ANTENATAL COURSE

I can bring my knowledge and experience to the table by offering private antenatal classes, ‘Preparing for your baby’. This course consists of 8 hours in total, jam-packed with information that leaves you feeling well prepared for your new bundle.

I recommend booking these courses between 20-34 weeks.

With any of these courses you will receive ongoing support until the birth and beyond, aswell as a free goody bag.

PLACENTA REMEDIES
I also offer placenta remedies such as placenta encapsulation, placenta smoothies, tinctures, essence and oils. These have fantastic benefits including increased energy levels, increased milk supply, the balancing of hormones, reduced baby blues and reduced stress levels.

POSTNATAL SESSIONS
I also offer postnatal sessions. These sessions are 3 hours long and consist of whatever you need them to.

It can involve feeding support, bath demonstrations, or even just doing jobs around the house, making a meal or looking after your baby whilst you wash your hair!

BIRTH POOL HIRE
Birth pool hire from the stage of 36 weeks to 42 weeks pregnant.

This is a service whereby the gender of the baby can be determined as early as 6 weeks via a blood test.
