How do I book?

Will you travel further afield to provide your services?

Yes, I am happy to travel to you, this may incure a small fee to cover travel cost. If any queries please contact me.

I have chosen to have an elective caesarean section. Can I still practice hypnobirthing?

Of course! Hypnobirthing can be used on the run up and during any birth. It has many benefits such as reducing fear, promoting relaxation and bonding with your baby. Whatever birth preferences you choose you can use your newly found hypnobirthing skills!

She explained everything clearly during my pregnancy, provided a storage kit, and collected the placenta on the day I gave birth. The capsules were delivered the very next day. I found Elona through Instagram and completed her hypnobirthing course. I highly recommend her course for expectant parents, myself and my partner thoroughly enjoyed every session with her, as we wanted to know everything about labour and, birth and information about hypnobirthing. Elona is so lovely and made us feel at ease straight away! Elona prepared us for every eventuality, offered so much reassurance and provided us with great information. She made us feel comfortable in asking whatever questions came to mind and quashed any fears we had surrounding labour and birth of our baby. During labour, the information Elona had taught us was put into practice, which kept myself and my partner as calm as possible, and feeling more in control of what was about to happen. We gained a beautiful baby boy, and can’t thank Elona enough for passing on her knowledge of hypnobirthing, and experience of being a great midwife!

We used Elona for her hypnobirthing course! It was our first baby so me and my partner decided to do this course to gain a better insight into pregnancy/Labour/after birth and we were so impressed! We learnt so much from Elona, more than we could ever imagined, and went into Labour feeling well equipped and prepared (as prepared as you can be haha)! Elona was always contactable any time and any day and answered any questions we had nothing was too much for her! We couldn’t recommend her enough.

I was recommended Birth Better with Elona through a few people and I’m SO glad that we decided to do the course. Elona js so lovely and nothing is too much trouble for her! After a negative first labour experience I knew I needed some guidance and support for my second birth. Elona has so much knowledge and experience to share and made me feel at ease throughout the whole course. She was there to speak with if I had any worries or random questions about the course and labour. I can honestly say that the birth of my second baby was so positive and I wouldn’t change it for the world! The information we went through on the course was easy to understand and it helped me so much during labour. Even down to the positive affirmation cards that you are given as part of the gift box! My first pregnancy being unplanned meant I knew very little about labour and pregnancy in general, I initially booked the hypnobirthing course with elona to help me with my worries about labour but ended up learning so much more than that. Elona helped me understand so much about my body and pregnancy and all the changes it goes through Aswell as helping me understand the labour process and how I can help myself through it. The sessions were so useful and informative but also extremely relaxing and helped me be so much calmer and at ease about giving birth. After the course I now am really looking forward to experiencing labour for the first time. Elona has also just been on hand to answer any questions or concerns I’ve had throughout my pregnancy and is just an all round amazing person who you can tell really loves what she does and is a amazing midwife. Whatever course you book with her will 100% be the best decision you could make.

Elona review After touching on Hypnobirthing with my first baby 4 1/2 years ago I knew it was something I really wanted to practice this time around. Elona was recommended to me by a close friend who Elona had been a midwife for a year previous. Elona’s sessions always calmed me, made me feel positive about birth and relaxed about pregnancy and birth. She was always cheery and nothing was ever too much trouble, she was always willing to help in any way she could. On the day I went into labour I carried on my daily life and remembered all the things Elona had said to keep me relaxed. That night after a very short active labour stage my little boy arrived. I had a water birth and practiced Hypnobirthing right until delivery. I felt more relaxed, calm and in control this time around and I have Elona to thank for that. She even checked on me several times after I had delivered. I would highly recommend Elona and her Hypnobirthing classes, she’s amazing!

I have completed the Hypnobirthing course with Elona to get me ready for having my first baby. It has been absolutely brilliant, Elona was very informative and was able to answer all my questions about what to expect throughout my labour and birth experience, she also gave me lots of good information of how I could prepare my mind and body for Labour.
